


ABOUT US
Simply put, we sell our existing artwork and accept custom commissions, for which in both cases, all funds from a project are sent to a unique, philanthropic cause. By considering both the importance of philanthropy and the economic value of artwork, we landed on Create Change. Our members are given the opportunity to contribute to causes they are passionate about when other means of volunteering or providing financial support to a cause are out of reach. On top of this, this avenue assigns a heightened purpose for the act of making and buying or selling artwork. Specifically, those who create artwork as a hobby can fundraise while simultaneously doing what they love. Art buyers, on the other hand, can purchase artwork while facilitating communal or societal change. This combined approach to fundraising and artwork creation greatly amplifies the potential held by art commerce, and in doing so, it essentially creates change. Our main mission is to continue to spread our idea to artists of varying experience and styles while motivating them to do the same. We value the importance of group efforts, and with more artists adopting this idea, the more change we can create.
HOW IT WORKS
Commissioning a Project

Confirm Your Project
Your assigned artist will reach out via email in the next few days to confirm the details of your request and provide their plan. Once you reply with confirmation, they will start working on your project.

Most Create Change projects operate at a fixed minimum donation of $30.00. If a project is to be mailed, your artist will inform you your new (lower) minimum donation amount, as shipping costs are subtracted from this value.

Make Your Donation
Once your artwork has been completed, your artist will notify you via email and direct you to the donation page of the recipient organization where you make your donation. After donating, email your artist a receipt (screenshot) or forward them the confirmation email as proof of donation.

If your artwork is being mailed, pay for shipping here on the website. Your artwork will be mailed to the address provided on your request form.

Create Change makes community involvement incredibly easy for artists. Our organization provides artists with a simple way of getting involved in your community and fostering change with little deviation from an artist’s existing routine.
